- **Fonctions**_
- Vente téléphonique et contact avec des entreprises qui sont déjà intéressées par notre solution pour leur présenter nos services_
- Gérer les demandes des clients et répondre à leur mails et questions._
- Aider les entreprises à s’inscrire sur la plateforme et à y soumettre leurs factures_
- Identifier et prioriser les demandes ainsi que besoins des clients_
- Suivre les dossiers entrants et le protocole de vérification des entreprises_
- Fidéliser les clients_
- **Ton profile**_
- Excellente maîtrise du français (langue maternelle) à l’écrit et à l’oral_
- Niveau avancé d’anglais et espagnol_
- Personnalité commerciale et orientée clients_
- Être capable d’établir une relation de confiance avec tes interlocuteurs, comprendre leurs préoccupations et répondre à leurs questions_
- Persévérant, tu sais convaincre les clients_
- Patient, tu fais preuve d’une grande résistance au stress_
- Flexible, tu t’adaptes facilement aux changements_
- Autonome, tu n’as pas peur d’apprendre et de proposer des solutions_
- Tu es un team player_
- Autonome, Tu maîtrises la suite Office_
- Tu as déjà eu une première expérience dans le domaine commercial et vente téléphonique_
- Tu as des connaissances dans le domaine financier, c’est un plus_
