Our international client is a Global Fortune 500 leader, providing innovative consumer, commercial and enterprise technology. The company has its operations spread in more than 60 countries, with a portfolio comprising high-quality, secure products and services, covering personal and business hardware and software products.

Currently, they are looking for an **E-commerce Inside Sales Account Representative **to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.   

**Job Profile for E-commerce Inside Sales Account Representative**
- Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met
- Manage end-to-end sales process for up and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives
- Build forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis and provide a clear view of the client’s portfolio
- Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Participate in monthly or quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an appropriate action plan
- Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfil their needs
- Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high-performance goals
- Use sleek sales methodology and processes effectively, leading to success and achievements from prospect to closure
- Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, any additional European language is a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 3+ years of successful Inside Sales experience is required
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment is required
- Able to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers
- Knowledge of the IT industry, experience with computer-based programs
- Strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills are required
- Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated and possess sound phone skills
- Problem-solving skills, excellent organisational and multitasking ability
