The Inside Sales (ISS) organization partners with our global marketing and sales teams to generate a customer pipeline and drive bookings from the inside. Besides pipeline and bookings contribution, in the last few years this team has been counted on as the talent pool for the PTC global sales workforce.
**Your impact**:
- Conduct positive interactions with our existing customers
- Grow pipeline by executing on market-qualified leads and prospecting within our install base of accounts
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calling that will ultimately generate revenue
- Great position to progress in your career in software sales
**Day-To-Day**:
- Drive transactional-based revenue along with larger enterprise-wide solution selling and IT engagements, managing the entire sales cycle from prospection to close
- Responsible for sales process and decision-making strategy in an effort to further revenue production and quota attainment.
- Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts
- Working with Cross Functional Groups and working with scheduling of training classes
- Develop revenue forecast in coordination with District Manager and Quarterly Commits
**Preferred Skills and Knowledge**:
- Interest for new technologies and software market
- Competitive drive and results-oriented profile
- Ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic & multicultural work environment
- Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone
- +2 years of experience in a quota-carrying Inside Sales role
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent level of English is **mandatory**
