- Role Introduction: This role is a key part of User Growth team, reporting to Head of Campaign & Onsite. This role aims to bring big sales uplift through platform level campaigns (promotion activities) and deliver differentiated user experience through category campaigns. Close collaboration and communication will be needed especially with our category teams, with the target of generating more awareness and orders for specific categories. We are looking for a talent who loves to PMO, excited to work with KAMs on campaigns and most importantly obsessed with delivering the most exceptional user experience for our users in Spain. - Plan and execute various platform level campaigns: include mega campaigns whose aim is to drive platform level uplift and make the sales and orders reaching to new height, and several regular, A+ campaigns which serve different objectives: increase seasonal sub-categories, boost re-purchase rate, assist incubation or drive top assortment - Plan and execute category campaigns to boost category’s business growth and customer awareness, including the merchandising strategy from campaigns selling point, story packaging, promotion cooperation, to jointly plan long-term sales growth & growth support. Your objective will be generating higher exposure, more orders and sales for key categories. - Think from both seller and buyer points of view. - Leverage analytical data to point out the critical factors or measurable metrics to enhance campaign performance. - Provide insightful report to Commercial team and prepare performance review results and campaign challenges, along with new ideas or emerging trends. - Work with Product and User Experience Design team to identify improvement areas that can make a more impactful business results and better user experience.

**Position Requirement**
- At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, campaign/Marketing, digital business merchandising, preferably with on-site optimization management. Preferably a degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Management/Art or any other relevant experiences. - Result-driven with strong project management skill, able to work with and manage various stakeholders with positive mindset and strong problem-solving capability. - Strategic thinking; able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving and changing environment. - Proficient command of MS, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills. - Spanish native speaker, able to use English as the primary working language
