As a **Partner Success Manager **at Yokoy, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our service partners and Yokoy’s scalability, and ultimately in driving customer adoption and customer satisfaction. Cultivating partnerships with existing partners and driving mutual growth opportunities is crucial for our continuous growth. Responsibilities of our Partner Success Manager are clustered around three main areas: Partner Recruiting & Onboarding (continuous enablement and certification), Partner Relations and Portfolio Management.
