En **Deudafix** somos un equipo de profesionales centrado al 100% en ayudar a las personas sobreendeudadas y como despacho de abogados/as especialistas en la Ley de la Segunda Oportunidad, ponemos a disposición todo el servicio legal para que las personas puedan acceder a la Ley.
Estamos buscando un/a **SALES MANAGER** altamente motivado/a y con experiência para unirse a nuestro equipo; responsable de dar un servicio amplio y de calidad a nuestros clientes, garantizando la viabilidad y la prestación del servicio jurídico.
**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**
- Coordinar los turnos de los equipos de nuestro departamento de asesoría.
- Resolver las dudas y las preguntas legales de los procedimientos y aspectos inherentes al mismo.
- Revisar los expedientes para la correcta gestión del servicio.
- Escucha de llamadas para garantizar la calidad del servicio.
- Motivar y prestar ayuda al resto de los equipos del departamento.
- Apoyo en las formaciones.
- Reporte de incidencias a la persona responsable del departamento.
- Asistir a las reuniones con otros departamentos para la mejora de la calidad del servicio.
- Experiência mínima de tres años en las funciones descritas.
- Formación en Derecho.
- Experiência en ventas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y en resolución de conflictos.
- Capacidad analítica y metódica.
- Persona proactiva, orientada a objetivos y a resultados.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera autónoma.
**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Contrato Indefinido.
- Salario base: 30.000€ brutos/anuales + incentivos y comisiones según objetivos alcanzados.
- Jornada completa en horario de lunes a viernes.
- Horario semanal rotativo.
- Formación incluida y retribuida.
