**CommScope’s RUCKUS** networks simplify life for IT while enabling them to deliver outstanding user experiences. With RUCKUS products and solutions, any organization—regardless of size or sophistication—can easily deploy, lead, and expand a converged IT/OT network, while addressing unique business outcomes. With the help of machine learning and AI, IT can troubleshoot faster and proactively build, measure, and meet SLAs that address the evolving needs of their users.
**How You'll Help **Us** Connect The World**
You will demonstrate CommScope’s **Ruckus Networks** technology, brand, and global market leadership to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams, through direct engagement of End Users and proactive management of the nominated Partner base to close revenue.
Responsible for driving profitable, balanced growth in the relevant line of business accounts through growing client/partner relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts and prospecting with to non-users of the CommScope **Ruckus portfolio**.
Grow our Tier 2 Partners, directly manage medium-sized deals with end users and serve as the primary outbound prospecting engine. You will develop to become our next generation of field talent.
We seek an outstanding professional to operate profitably, and growth enabled through effective account coverage, account planning, and the creation of opportunities harnessing the full input of your virtual team (e.g., Sales Specialists, Professional Services, and/or Field Sales).
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**
- High Level of English and native level of Arabic.
- Knowledge of the IT sector. Understanding of the Sales Cycle and a consistent track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
- High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Experience dealing with GCC countries (And with Government companies is a plus)
