Únete a nosotros para formar parte del equipo de Iberia. Estamos buscando un Inside Sales. En esta posición, reportará directamente al Head of Ortho Spain, ofreciendo apoyo comercial a nuestras oportunidades y futuros partners, que junto con el Territory Manager se encargará de gestionar en el pipeline de ventas de la zona. A lo largo del proceso de venta y sus distintos hitos, proporcionarás un flujo constante de información a nuestros potenciales clientes, identificando sus necesidades y personalizando las soluciones que podemos aportarles. Buscarás la manera de generar valor en estas conversaciones a lo largo de todas las etapas del proceso de venta, contactando con la persona relevante en cada una de ellas. La experiência de nuestros socios en su onboarding y primeras fases de utilización son claves para construir una relación a largo plazo. Basando tu discurso en las ventajas y valor añadido de nuestro portfolio de productos ortodónticos, formaciones y soluciones digitales, serás capaz de implementar y hacer crecer el tratamiento de ortodoncia transparente en su clínica.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Contacto con leads (clínicas que hayan mostrado interés en trabajar con Clearcorrect) vía telefónica.
- Contacto e intentar reactivar a clientes en stand by, vía telefónica.
- Asesoramiento a clientes (información general y uso de la plataforma).
- Asistencia a ferias y posterior seguimiento de leads.
- Gestión de onboarding de clientes.
- Formación de clientes por medio de webinars.
- Soporte a red comercial interna, para asegurar una completa atención al cliente.
- Gestionar un pipeline de oportunidades en la etapa inicial de adopción de nuestras soluciones
- Manejar un proceso de venta en etapas, enfocado a la implementación inicial en clínica
TU **Perfil**:
- Experiência como Inside Sales.
- Formación técnica, médica o comercial.
- Microsoft office nível usuario
- Valorable experiência en el sector pharma o dispositivos médicos
- Valorable conocimientos de SAP
- Valorable Gestión de CRM
- Valorable Inglés medio
