**Position**:
We are currently looking for an HR Assistant to join the HR team for 6 months at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey).
The HR Assistant will be working closely with the HR Business Partners, the Talent Specialist, the Office Manager and the stores teams.
RECRUITMENT
- Job posting of openings on the LV (internal & external) and LVMH websites
- Coordinate interviews: FaceTime/Zoom, face-to-face, assessment centers
- Keep the database up to date
- Head Hunting
- Follow-up and feedback throughout the process
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities
- Interact with HO departments for the development of job descriptions
- Organizes support for pick season in-store coordinating external support with LV stores & employment agencies
HR ADMINISTRATION
- Monthly update of organization charts for Mediterranean
- Coordinates My LV Talent (HRIS) for the 6 countries; prepares for the main processes to assess performance & potential (annual appraisal, assessment of the potential)
- Administrative tasks: SAP purchase orders and invoices follow-up
- Preparation of internal communication notes & monthly announcements
- Internal communication in the Mediterranean region teams (animation of the Med teams group, post news, info about the teams, update documents available for training)
SEASONAL MISSIONS (WINTER/SUMMER) COORDINATION
- Opening of seasonal stores coordination and follow-up: work transversally with all departments involved in the projects, being the main point of contact for the Stores and all stakeholders
- Suppliers & quotation selection, negotiation and arbitration for good & services ranging from housing to cleaning services, catering or even transportation
- Follow-up of bookings and administrative processes: flights, accommodation, planning, visa & work permit, social security paperwork, cash-advance requests
- Close partnership with Finance to oversee the creation and management of purchase orders in SAP, and ensure general compliance

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- **Fluent Spanish & English, French and/or Turkish is a plus**
REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
- Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in HR/Business Administration
- A previous experience of at least 6 months in a similar role is required, in the retail field/luxury field and/or HR department will be a plus
- **Availability: start mid-July, from Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
