Desde Hays estamos buscando un HR Assistant para una importante empresa de packaging ubicada en Alcalá de Henares.
**Tu nuevo puesto**
Buscamos una persona con amplia experiência en RRLL y administración de personal, y sería muy valorable tener un perfil generalista de RRHH, para que pueda dar apoyo y colaborar en el resto de funciones del departamento:
**Apoyo y colaboración en el área de HR** a la Dirección de la División y de las Plantas para España, Portugal y Marruecos. Su función principal (75%) estará relacionada con el área de administración de personal, y el resto del tiempo, según los proyectos y necesidades dará soporte y apoyo al resto de funciones:
**Administración de personal**:
- Gestión de personal de central: nóminas, Seg. Social, SEPE, contratos, bajas, absentismo, mod 145, IRPF, seguros sociales, jubilaciones, mod 190 certificados, etc.
- Soporte en la coordinación de la administración de personal: gestión de usuarios, gestión de incidencias A3 Equipo, coordinación de políticas retributivas, etc.
**Laboral y otros, colaborar en las distintas áreas**:
- Coordinación Asesores Externos: sanciones, juicios, recursos, inspecciones, etc.
- Coordinación, gestión y cumplimento de la **LISMI **(Discapacitados)
- Gestión del **Plan de Igualdad** y Diversidad.
- Soporte de los sistemas de RRHH (A3Equipo, Bold, ERP RRHH, etc.)
**Formación**:
Apoyo en la comunicación de las Bonificaciones de Formación de FUNDAE y en la coordinación del Plan de Formación División y de las Plantas, gestión de reservas, viajes, documentación, etc.
**Evaluación de desempeño**:
- Performance Dialogue: apoyo en la gestión de todo el proceso de la Evaluación del Desempeño de los empleados en las Plantas y la División
**Selección de personal**:
Apoyo en la elaboración de perfiles de puestos y publicación, solicitudes de contratación y soporte en procesos.
**Proyectos de RRHH**
**europeos** y reportes solicitados por el Grupo: Sustainability, RSC, PD, My Voice, Our Open Comunity, etc.
**Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto**
- Nível académico**:Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo, RRHH** o similar
- ** Experiência mínima 3 años** en gestoría, RRHH o Administración de Personal realizando funciones de: administración de personal, laboral, y nóminas.
- Valorable experiência generalista de RRHH: selección, formación, RRLL; etc.
- Muy valorable experiência en Planes de Igualdad
- ** Inglés** (Nível ideal **B2**, hablado y escrito)
- Persona acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo con altas habilidades relacionales.
- Persona familiarizada a trabajar con deadlines prefijados y exigentes
- Persona proactiva, con afán por aportar mejoras al puesto de trabajo y dpto.
- Dominio Office: Excel, Power Point, Word Outlook.
- Persona con autonomía, gran dedicación, organizado y analítico.

**Qué obtendrás a cambio**
Salario: entre los 24.000 y los 28.000 € brutos anuales según valía.
Contrato indefinido.
Jornada completa con flexibilidad de entrada y salida.
Modelo híbrido: tras los meses de formación, 1 día de teletrabajo a la semana
