Location: Madrid, Spain

The role of Business Development Manager entails a combination of three essential functions, which include but are not limited to:
- Sales and advisory- Marketing and content- Proactive lead generation

These functions are not equally divided but collectively aimed at creating additional demand for AutoStore solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate new business- Develop customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service.- Maintain knowledge of trends by proactively searching for relevant knowledge and information, i.e., market analyses, industry trends, competition, customers segments, etc.- Develop and implement a sales action plan and effective sales presentation that is continually tested and used in the field.- Attending conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepare post-event reports and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Proven track record in sales and customer relations, including experience with sales leads, research, lead qualification and development, as well as exceptional customer service skills.- Experience and should feel at ease delivering presentations to individuals and groups at all levels of an organization.- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsWE OFFER:
