Imagine the things you could achieve with a multidisciplinary team that encourages you to be the best version of yourself.What you will doFollow up CRM monthly planning and detect new opportunities or blockers.Support the optimization of email and automated communication flows and advise with insights in timing, targeting, and content.Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and provide regular reports.Understand Google Analytics and CRM campaign tools.Demonstrate analytical ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.Exhibit good oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English).Maintain a multi-tasking mindset to manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.What you will bring4+ years of experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing CRM strategies.Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Be proactive, a self-starter, and a team player, confident in working collaboratively with various stakeholders.Have an analytical and process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.Be experienced in working with CRM deployment tools, Google Analytics, and Excel.Possess a strong understanding of customer behavior and the skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
