.Rol:Consultoria.Io está buscando un Sales Development Specialist con experiencia y pasión por el ecommerce, que actúe como un eslabón crucial entre nuestros Sales Development Representatives (SDR) y los Account Managers. Este rol estratégico se enfoca en realizar reuniones profundamente informativas y valiosas con los leads, donde se llevará a cabo un proceso de discovery exhaustivo.El objetivo principal es enriquecer la relación con los leads, elevando su interés y compromiso con nuestras soluciones de ecommerce, para finalmente convertirlos en oportunidades maduras de cierre para el equipo de ventas.Este especialista debe tener una habilidad excepcional para comunicar valor, entender las necesidades específicas de los leads y preparar el terreno para una transición exitosa hacia las etapas finales del ciclo de ventas.Responsabilidades: Realizar reuniones de alto valor con leads para presentar nuestras soluciones de ecommerce, destacando cómo podemos ayudarles a alcanzar sus objetivos de negocio. Llevar a cabo un proceso de discovery detallado en cada reunión, recopilando información crucial sobre las necesidades, desafíos y objetivos de los leads. Incrementar la "temperatura" de los leads, preparándolos para las fases avanzadas del ciclo de ventas y aumentando su probabilidad de conversión. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los SDR para recibir leads cualificados y con los Account Managers para asegurar una transición fluida y efectiva de los leads hacia el cierre. Mantener el CRM actualizado con toda la información relevante obtenida durante las reuniones, asegurando que el equipo de ventas tenga acceso a datos valiosos para el proceso de venta. Desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento profundo de la industria del ecommerce y las tendencias del mercado, para aportar insights valiosos durante las reuniones con los leads. Resultados: Elevar la calidad y el compromiso de los leads entregados al equipo de ventas, aumentando significativamente las tasas de conversión. Proporcionar al equipo de ventas información detallada y valiosa sobre cada lead, permitiendo una personalización y eficacia máximas en las etapas de cierre. Asegurar una transición suave y bien informada de leads entre el equipo de desarrollo de ventas y los Account Managers. Garantizar que toda la información relevante recopilada durante el proceso de discovery y las reuniones sea meticulosamente documentada en el CRM. Requisitos: Experiencia sólida en ventas o desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en el sector del ecommerce o tecnología relacionada. Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y presentación, con la capacidad de entregar mensajes complejos de manera clara y convincente. Capacidad para realizar un análisis profundo y análisis de necesidades, identificando oportunidades de agregar valor. Competencia en el manejo de CRM y herramientas de seguimiento de ventas
