Tus principales funciones serán: Business Developer: Contactar con clientes potenciales con el fin de diagnosticar oportunidades de negocio en futuros proyectos de IT. Serás responsable del crecimiento y rentabilidad de tu cartera de clientes. Recruiter: Selección y contratación de personal especializado en IT para que formen parte de tu equipo de consultores. Manager: Garantizar el crecimiento profesional de tus consultores, realizar el seguimiento de su evolución, formación y evolución de sus competencias para la mejora de su carrera profesional.
