About the Role

As a New Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in identifying and recruiting high-potential sellers to join our marketplace. You'll work closely with sellers to understand their business needs and provide data-driven insights to help them optimize their success on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new sellers to join our marketplace
  • Build strong relationships with sellers to understand their business needs and provide tailored support
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless seller onboarding and support
  • Monitor and analyze business development metrics to inform growth strategies

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business growth strategies
