Una de los/las principales operadores/as de apartamentos turísticos (AT) y viviendas de uso turístico (VUT) en Sevilla, requiere incorporar a nuestro equipo un especialista en Revenue Management para sus oficinas.
Funciones:Realización de análisis y forecasting.Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de Revenue Management, centradas en impulsar las ventas en OTAs y Canal Directo.Análisis de datos y tendencias del mercado.Identificar eventos y periodos de alta demanda.Gestión de Canales de Distribución.Optimización de inventario (portfolio).Ofrecer precios efectivos y garantizar un inventario óptimo para todos los flujos de ingresos y segmentos del mercado.Realización de informes de rendimiento para la toma de decisiones estratégicas en el Departamento.Creación de estudios de rentabilidad y planes de negocio.Configuración, parametrización y control de las plataformas de conectividad desde nuestro PMS hasta los diferentes canales.Horario flexible de Lunes a Viernes; 40 horas semanales.

Requisitos:Al menos 2 años de experiencia como Revenue Manager.Valorable experiencia en apartamentos turísticos y viviendas de uso turístico y con sistemas de reservas de alojamientos turísticos, sistemas de gestión de ingresos y programas de optimización de Revenue.Imprescindible buen manejo de herramientas de análisis (Excel, etc).Capacidad de proactividad y de organización.¿Qué ofrecemos?Contrato estable directamente con la empresa.Formar parte de una de los/las principales operadores/as de apartamentos turísticos y viviendas de uso turístico.
