The Revenue Optimization Manager will lead the Revenue Optimization team to optimize collection activity, processes and outcomes for clients impacting both results and performance, retention and Onyx revenue.
The role will report to the Director Revenue Management & Optimization yet maintains close working relationships with the Client Services organization.

**Education**:

- Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Master’s degree in any related field

**Qualifications**

**Minimum required**:

- Fluent English
- Revenue and payment processes experience in the hospitality sector
- Proficiency in use of Excel

**Preferred**:

- Proven management experience in the Hospitality sector
- Salesforce experience
- Other languages are a plus.

**Teamwork/Leadership/interpersonal Skills**:

- Team management skills
- Proactive and outgoing personality
- Ability to synthesize and present information to senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize and filter tasks according to importance.

**Responsibilities**

**Team Management**
- Coach, lead and develop the Revenue Optimization Team through a proactive and systematic monitoring, analysis and follow-up of performance.
- Conduct annual performance reviews of team members.
- Establish a team dynamic/culture that drives ‘sense of urgency’ and performance within the team.
- Manage team assignments and capacity.
- Proactively and systematically reports KPIs of team and overall performance to internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement training plan for the team as required.

**Client Management and Results Optimization**
- Monitors trends for prevailing clients on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, raises potential issues and recommends viable solutions and actions.
- Identifies potential action plans/campaigns for targeted Clients based on leading
indicators/trends.
- Understands industry best practices and applies leanings/opportunities to current processes.
- Increase loyalty and client satisfaction. Ensure quality controls are in place.
- Contribute to improved processes and quality control for our performance.
- Engage with relevant teams and stakeholders internally to ensure full compliance and effective outcomes for customers.
