We're seeking an exceptional Ad Monetization Manager to join our team and drive the optimization of advertising revenue systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical skills, data management expertise, and business acumen to identify opportunities for growth and improve ad monetization strategies.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue
  • Benchmarking market trends and collaborating with external partners to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
  • Designing and executing AB tests to inform data-driven decisions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in F2P mobile gaming

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ad monetization
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and networks used in the gaming industry (e.g., Admob, MAX, Levelplay)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven analytical capabilities and data presentation skills
