Job Opportunity for Technical Support Agent

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

Support clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers while working on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands.

Answer incoming customer queries promptly.

Identify issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Record customer data accurately in the CRM system.

Provide ad-hoc support as required.

Be a team player and collaborate for the success of the team and project.

What's in it for you?

Salary package of 25k gross/year.

Permanent contract at 39h/week (probation period 2 months).

Working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Working in an international Team on site in Poblenou, Barcelona.

Requirements:

A native-level proficiency in German and a C1 level of English.

A strong technical understanding or interest in the technical field - Previous experience in troubleshooting favourable.

Start availability.

Excellent listening skills and proficient communication abilities.

Strong teamwork skills and dedication to collaborative success.

Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.

A valid Spanish work permit (required).
