Technical Support Role in Barcelona

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for solar technology and systems? Do you have strong analytical skills and a desire to advance your service skills? We are seeking a Technical Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class service to clients' customers while working on projects for top prestigious and worldwide brands.
  • Answer incoming customer queries promptly and identify issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Record customer data accurately in the CRM system and provide ad-hoc support as required.
  • Collaborate with the team for the success of the project.

  • A permanent contract at 39h/week with a 2-month probation period.
  • Working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Requirements:
  • A native-level proficiency in German and a C1 level of English.
  • A strong technical understanding or interest in the technical field.
  • Previous experience in troubleshooting is favourable.
  • Living in Barcelona.
  • Start availability on 06/08 and 12/08.
  • Excellent listening skills and proficient communication abilities.
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Strong teamwork skills and dedication to collaborative success.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • A valid Spanish work permit (required).
