Exciting Opportunity for a Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist in Barcelona. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our clients' customers while working on projects for top prestigious and worldwide brands.

Your Responsibilities and Impact
  • Support clients' activities by offering exceptional service to their customers while working on projects for top brands.
  • Answer incoming customer queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Identify issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer data accurately in our CRM system.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve success and project goals.

Requirements and Qualifications
