About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our clients' customers while working on projects for top prestigious and worldwide brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming customer queries promptly
• Identifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Recording customer data accurately in the CRM system
• Providing ad-hoc support as required
• Being a team player and collaborating for the success of the team and project
What We Offer:
• Permanent contract at 39h/week (probation period 2 months)

Requirements:
• A native-level proficiency in German and a C1 level of English
