Como CS Specialist en nuestro equipo de Soporte , te encargarás de resolver cualquier duda o problema que tengan los clientes sobre flowww. Además, ayudarás a que le saquen el máximo partido a la plataforma ayudando a nuestros Project Managers. Tu día a día Responder las consultas de los clientes por email, chat y teléfono. Analizar lo que nos dicen los clientes a través de nuestros canales de contacto. Compartir las opiniones de los clientes con los equipos internos (Producto, Ventas, etc.) de forma clara y organizada. Resolver los errores e incidencias que nos reporten los clientes. Hacer upsellings de productos a nuestros clientes. Skills & Experiencia Te comunicas de maravilla, tanto hablando como escribiendo, en español e inglés. Sabes otro idioma a la perfección, como Italiano. Tienes al menos 1 año de experiencia tratando con clientes, ya sea por videollamada, teléfono o correo electrónico. Eres proactivo: buscas la mejor manera de que las cuentas de tus clientes estén activas y disfruten al máximo de flowww. Sabes resolver problemas: encuentras soluciones alternativas para responder a las peticiones inesperadas de los clientes. La empatía es una de tus mayores virtudes: te pones en la piel del cliente y te ocupas de sus necesidades. Brillarás, si... Has trabajado en SaaS (Software as a service).
