Como Head of Customer Success , liderarás nuestra estrategia para garantizar que cada interacción con los clientes sea una experiencia excepcional y transformadora. Serás el motor detrás de la satisfacción, retención y crecimiento de nuestra base de clientes, diseñando e implementando estrategias de alto impacto que optimicen la experiencia del cliente. Serás responsable de construir un equipo sólido, impulsar una cultura centrada en el cliente y colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar el éxito del cliente como pilar central de nuestro negocio. Tu día a día Liderazgo estratégico - Diseñar e implementar la estrategia global de Customer Success alineada con los objetivos de negocio.- Supervisar la planificación y ejecución de iniciativas para mejorar la satisfacción, fidelización y expansión de cuentas clave.- Ser la voz del cliente dentro de la organización, representando sus intereses en las decisiones estratégicas. Gestión del rendimiento - Establecer, analizar y optimizar KPIs críticos relacionados con la satisfacción, el churn y el Net Promoter Score (NPS).- Identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora a través de un enfoque basado en datos para maximizar el valor entregado a los clientes.- Implementar herramientas y procesos que garanticen un seguimiento eficiente del desempeño del equipo y las iniciativas
