If you're someone who thrives on challenges and seeks growth opportunities in a dynamic international environment, this could be the perfect fit for youResponsibilities:Receiving and analysing customer complaints and issuesWith the assistance of the Account Managers resolving each complaint to Customers' satisfaction and in a timely manner, following each step of the Company's Dispute and Escalation PolicyDeveloping further key processes and protocols to resolve including feedback collection, analysis and reporting (internal and external)Identifying pain points in the customer journey and providing comprehensive solutionsCoaching and directing account managers to swiftly and professionally respond to complaints and resolve difficultiesProduce regular reports with comprehensive tracking dataProducing regular reports on areas of improvementInteracting with internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with communications to customersMaking sure that tracking documents are robust and accurateRequirements:Fluency in English.
