Position Overview

As a Retention Program Manager, Vendor Management you will will be collaborate and you will develop-and-implement management of our vendor(s) who contribute to strategic programs with the Autodesk ecosystem to help maximize retention results for Autodesk and our channel partners.
You will report to the Senior Program Manager, Retention Programs and you will work hybrid/remote in the Barcelona office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with our Customer Success Organization, Sales, Business Strategy & Marketing, Partner Management teams, Global Sales Operations, and the Digital Sales & Retention Teams to coordinate, develop short-term and long-term Vendor retention programs aimed at increasing customer retention
- Manage all aspects of program development & execution for Vendor management and assigned retention programs, including:
- Collect input from stakeholder teams (Commercial Customer Success teams, Territory Sales & Channel Management)
- Review plans and solicit feedback from stakeholder teams, such as Customer Success, sales, partner management and partners
- Systems knowledge to understand and isolate business impacts
- Coordinate with retention Analyst to forecast and measure results agreed to by program sponsors, and raise alerts about potential issues
- Use historic performance and team input to develop budgets & forecasts for the program
- Suggest and implement recommended improvements to address issues that arise
- Post-mortem recommendations to be used in future campaign development
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support programs and assigned our goals, including:
- Work with data teams to identify appropriate data sources for analysis, and collect/download data from internal systems
- Validate data and results
- Identify main takeaways from the analysis and communicate in written, oral and presentation formats
- Improve where no solution has been previously identified to answer complex business problems
- Support our Go-to-market planning programs:
- Contribute to program strategy and design
- Help prepare and deliver presentations to support the program goals
- Promote programs with our teams (Partner Management, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Data Analytic Organizations) and external teams (Agents, VAR, VAD (Value Added Distributors), Partners, Digital Direct)
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in marketing, sales, program management or vendor management
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience in developing strategic programs
- Ability to travel
- Excellent program management
- Knowledge of Autodesk products and the business models
- Collaboration, teamwork
