About Paynest:

As a Paynest Account Manager and Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while contributing to Paynest's growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving ongoing engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will be at the heart of Paynest's customer-centric approach

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Profile:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction;Drive customer success by ensuring clients maximize the value of Paynest's solutions through effective onboarding, training, and support;Collaborate with Paynest leadership and the country team to identify opportunities for account growth and cross-sell/upsell additional products and services;Consistently achieve customer retention and satisfaction targets, contributing to monthly and quarterly growth objectives;Quickly adapt to external market changes and to internal product updates and new strategiesFluent in both English and your local market's language (additional languages a plus);Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven;Highly motivated and results-driven;Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
