Do you have a customer first mindset? Are you interested in helping us build and evolve our customer success organization to improve the quality of our services and overall experience and success of our customers? If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Manager to guide our Customer Success team to help Autodesk's customers with Enterprise Business Agreements create long-term success by implementing an array of services to accelerate customer business goals and increase adoption.
You will report into the Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success.
Job's workplace:
hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Manage an international team of Customer Success Managers (CSM) in a defined geographical area and industry
- Improve customer adoption by creating customer outcomes across a selected group of our Enterprise customers
- Focus the team to implement Customer Success Plans detailing efforts to achieve higher adoption and satisfaction aligned to customer outcomes
- Establish own relationship with customers where helpful for customer engagement
- Facilitate change and promote innovation
- Create a purposeful environment where everybody can bring their authentic selves at work
- 5+ years experience managing customerfacing businesses
- Strong business acumen
- Automotive Industry background
- Empathy for customers and passion for growth
- Enthusiastic and with the ability to inspire others
- Experience with value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Analytical and processoriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated desire for learning and improvement
