CRM Retention Manager

ROLE PURPOSE
This role is an essential part of our business where Managing Our Customer, Activation and Retention are key to our profitability.
Person in charge of this role is a part of the Global Marketing Team. He/she should understand all the details of the Customer Journey in different markets and across different products.
The role requires also working with Risk Department to better segment the customer base, Product Team and our IT Department when technical implementation/settings are needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and delivering Activation and Retention strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
Working closely with all departments (Marketing, Product, Risk and IS/IT) to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
Budget Management
Analyzing results and providing recommendations to local teams to improve campaign performance

Ability to be hands on but also able to work on strategic projects.
Ability for problem solving, conflict resolution, motivation, negotiation and decision making.

Knowledge/Abilities:
A Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
Numerical mindset and able to get insights out of data
Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Being eager to developer your skills and progress within the company structure is key
Previous experience in managing personal data following privacy law compliance.
Education:
***Economic / Engineering / Business Administration preferred but experience and attitude will play a major role
English Advanced and another language ES/PT will be a plus.
Experience Target:
Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.
Strong background in customer retention, re-engagement and retention strategies.
Previous experience in managing personal data following privacy compliance practice and laws.
