Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece.
We have 19 operational bases:
Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece, and Hamburg in Germany.
We are hiring a
CRM Manager who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.
What you will do:
- Assume full ownership of the CRM strategy, defining and implementing highimpact strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Oversee and manage the customer database, ensuring data quality and accuracy while collaborating with various stakeholders to communicate and implement data management initiatives effectively.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Commercial, Brand, IT and Customer care teams, ensuring a cohesive strategy across the entire customer journey. Identify and target specific customer segments in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Drive Database Growth initiatives across communication channels, aligning efforts to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.
- Consolidate reporting across all marketing channels and conduct comprehensive analyses using various attribution models to accurately evaluate the true contribution of each acquisition channel.
What you will need:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a profound understanding of the endtoend CRM process, from initial requirements to campaign execution.
- Proven track record of executing successful promotional activities to optimize sales growth and enhance customer retention.
- Proficiency in utilizing toptier CRM suites, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Marketo, Oracle Responsys, Yesmail, Send Grid, etc.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a keen interest in data analysis and a commitment to meeting and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Expertise in defining key performance metrics, constantly optimizing strategies, and rigorously measuring results.
- Excel in a highly collaborative role, capable of bridging diverse departments and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrive in dynamic and fastpaced working environments, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- An advanced level of English proficiency is required to effectively communicate and collaborate in a global context.
