Funciones:El Key Account Manager es responsable de una cartera propia de cuentas grandes (B2B) a nivel nacional e internacional con los que tiene que construir y mantener relaciones que faciliten el crecimiento de las ventas.Gestionar una cartera propia con clientes en los territorios asignados siguiendo un plan de visitas físicas y a través de contacto telefónico, por correo y vía otros canales digitales.Identificar necesidades según el tipo del negocio de cada cliente y presentar los productos que se adapten mejor a ello, incluyendo el co-desarrollo de productos y formatos nuevos.Enviar ofertas y cerrar pedidos manteniendo responsabilidad end-2-end sobre todo el proceso de venta con los clientes asignados.Seguir los niveles de satisfacción de los clientes y tomar medidas proactivas para retener y fidelizar sus clientes.Analizar tendencias del mercado, los movimientos de la competencia y las dinámicas del sector de acero identificando oportunidades.Realizar la prospección con leads B2B basándose en un listado de prospectos y en contactos propios.Requisitos:Experiencia en posición similar.Inglés nivel B2.Francés nivel B2.Habilidades/Competencias:Orientación al cliente.Dotes comunicativas y de persuasión.Capacidad de negociación.Trabajo en equipo.Orientación a resultados.Centro de Trabajo:Barcelona
