**Somos Grupo Sesé **una organización empresarial española líder en el sector de la logística integral. Contamos con equipo de más de **10.000 personas en 20 países** y actualmente estamos seleccionando un **Customer Service (H/M) con conocimientos de importación y exportación marítima y/o aérea **para nuestras oficinas de A Coruña.

****¿Qué harás con nosotros?**
- Organizar, controlar y dirigir las actividades relacionadas con las operaciones de importación y exportación de carga de clientes, solucionando las posibles incidencias que pudieran presentarse desde el origen hasta el destino final.
- Mantener actualizada la información relativa a los tránsitos y clientes en el sistema informático.
- Prevención de las posibles incidencias que pudieran presentarse en el transporte de carga desde origen hasta destino final.
- Coordinación de los servicios de navieras, aerolíneas, etc.
- Apoyo a la operativa diaria del aeropuerto realizando funciones de nexo conector entre los diferentes agentes implicados alrededor del mundo
- Reporte directo y continuado al cliente vía teléfono, mail, whatsapp y teams

**¿Qué perfil buscamos?**
- Comercio Internacional, Administración o Logística.
- Nível fluido de inglés.
- Además será valorable formación en sector de Transporte y/o Logística, procesos aduaneros, aéreos, terrestres y forwarding en general.
- Dos años de experiência en comercio exterior (importación/exportación) y en un puesto de características similares.
