Customer Service

Descripción

  • Seleccionamos una persona recién graduada o 1 año de experiencia en el sector.
  • Se encargará de gestionar pedidos y ofertas, realización de abonos, cálculo de descuentos y tarifas para clientes.
  • Se desarrollarán tareas de comunicación continúa con los clientes y red de ventas internas.
  • Se valorará conocimientos en SAP.

 

Requisitos

  • Titulación universitaria.
  • Nivel alto de Ingles. Valorable Alemán.
  • Manejo de paquete Office. Se realizará prueba de Excel.
  • Persona dinámica y organizada. Con actitud positiva y voluntad de aprender.
  • Dotes comunicativas y de negociación.
  • Sólidas habilidades para resolver problemas y capacidad para manejar las consultas de los clientes con empatía.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Previsto trabajo en proyecto internacional.
