En Talent Search People estamos en busca de un Partnership Sales Manager para uno de nuestros clientes. ¿Te buscamos a ti?

Como Partnership Sales Manager, jugarás un rol fundamental en la expansión de la red de socios comerciales de nuestro cliente, operando a nivel local y regional en varios países. Tu capacidad para generar y convertir leads de ventas, tanto de manera proactiva como a través de consultas centralizadas, será crucial para el éxito de este programa estratégico.

Responsabilidades: Generar y convertir leads de ventas. Gestionar y entregar múltiples acuerdos significativos a gran escala. Presentar una narrativa convincente a audiencias diversas. Trabajar bajo presión y pensar de manera independiente para crear interés en propuestas. Utilizar conocimientos financieros para dar confianza al proceso de ventas. Requisitos: Experiencia en ventas y/o desarrollo empresarial B2B en un entorno dinámico y de rápido crecimiento. Capacidad para autogenerar interés y enfocarse en la entrega de resultados. Historial comprobado de encontrar y convertir acuerdos rápidamente. Mentalidad independiente y disposición a asumir riesgos para tener éxito. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Dominio profesional del inglés y fluidez en español y catalán.
