Partner Development Manager

Amazon is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partner development efforts in Israel, focusing on B2B software startups. As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of AWS cloud computing services through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a plan to help our most strategic technology partners transform and grow their cloud businesses.
  • Orchestrate resources within AWS to support co-selling and go-to-market activities, creating a long-term, scalable joint model that drives partner and customer success.
  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to qualify, develop, and execute campaigns to generate new business opportunities in EMEA.
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate according to AWS' sales cycle stages.
  • Broker internal resources, tools, references, and investments needed to execute on business plans to help meet set goals.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Preferred experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
