Seleccionamos un Sales Manager Dispensers & Merchandise con el objetivo de crear negocio mediante la identificación de clientes potenciales, así como gestionar la cartera de clientes actuales, no solo promoviendo nuevos desarrollos sino también manteniendo eficazmente las relaciones existentes,con una disponibilidad para viajar de hasta el 30% de su tiempo de trabajo.Responsabilidades principales:-Gestionar la cartera actual de clientes asegurando su crecimiento y satisfacción mediante el aseguramiento de un buen servicio al mismo. --Captación de nuevos clientes en la región definida (Europa + Países Seleccionados).-Crear negocio mediante la identificación de clientes potenciales, así como realizar la gestión comercial de la red y cartera de clientes.Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Interfaz comercial entre la cadena de suministro.-Negociar y concluir con éxito discusiones sobre precios y acuerdos de suministro.-Participar en procesos bianuales de planificación interna de ventas.- Preparar y dirigir reuniones con clientes.-Establecer planes de cuentas, planes de acción regionales y actualizaciones de mercado de forma regular.-Soporte comercial para todos los sites en relación con las Key Account que garanticen la optimización de la comunicación y las operaciones entre los Clientes y los Sites.-Trabajar de forma interfuncional con nuestros equipos internacionales de Marketing y Desarrollo de Negocio, con el fin de promover con éxito el desarrollo de nuevos productos.-Identificar mercados emergentes y oportunidades de expansión.-Documentar internamente las interacciones con los clientes y los desarrollos en los canales correspondientes.-Desarrollar relaciones exitosas y continuas con los clientes.La persona seleccionada, deberá contar con:-Titulación universitaria de grado o diplomatura, deseable ADE o Económicas.-3 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas. Deseable en industria farmacéutica.-Primera experiencia en ventas o gestión de cuentas clave, preferiblemente en un entorno B2B internacional dentro de la industria farmacéutica o de ciencias de la vida-Idiomas: Necesario castellano e inglés bilingue.-Deseable catalán, italiano, alemán o francés.-Microsoft Office: Nivel avanzado-SAP: Nivel usuario#J-18808-Ljbffr
