**Sales Representative Cropscience Almeria**
**Description**
We are seeking a Sales Representative. This position will be in San Nicolas (Almeria), Spain, reporting to our Sales Area Manager. This position will be able to support promotion activities of all crops in influence area.
**Purpose of the role**
Secure the sales order or obtaining purchase commitment from grower, seed shop or dealer and motivating any channel partner for the follow up on the sales.
Organize and set PCM 4 and other promotion trials to create awareness and position our products to generate demand at grower and seed shop/dealer level.
Summarize and Communicate relevant information back to the organization to ensure full understanding of grower needs and market requirements.
**Key responsibilities**
Demonstrate and sell the value of our products that best fit customer needs in order to generate demand through the implementation of trials
Implement/deliver on the operational plan in his sales area to delivers top line and GM.
Leverage on marketing and promotion tools such as (price negotiation) in order to secure either the order placement or purchase commitment from the grower.
Provide demand visibility to secure proper seed production and allotment*
Account management to strengthen relationships with growers and develop data based so as to be the first choice in the eyes of the customer through CRM platform.
Provide a consistent customer experience leading to customer loyalty. Collecting payment from own customers.
Handling quality complaints
**Qualifications & Competencies**:
Degree in agronomy or similar. Knowledge of the market and competitors.
Ability to negotiate, manage and resolve conflicts meetings. Sales and marketing experience of at least two years.
Knowledge of English. Computer skills at user level.
