El programa de desarrollo de Branch Manager / Trainee, consta de 9 meses de duración, combinando teoría y práctica. Una vez finalizado, serás Branch Manager con una oficina propia asignada. Liderarás nuestra sucursal en su totalidad, serás el responsable de la cuenta de resultados, realizarás la gestión de la flota en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos, mejora de los estándares de calidad y gestión de procedimientos en front y back office, captación de nuevos clientes y gestión comercial, entre otros aspectos.

**ABOUT YOU**:
- Destacas por tus habilidades comerciales y por estar orientado al cliente.
- Tu nível de inglés alto y te sientes muy cómodo hablando en este idioma.
- Tienes carnet de conducir.
- Posees alta capacidad de organización y motivación, y tienes experiência liderando equipos.
- Te sientes cómodo teniendo objetivos que cumplir.
- Has trabajado con KPI'S y llevando el control de costes / precios.
- Tienes experiência en definir y desarrollar planes estratégicos, así como en implementar nuevas mejoras.
- Has realizado análisis de mercado y búsqueda de nuevas áreas de negocio.
- Eres flexible y tienes disponibilidad para viajar dentro de tu región.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
Como Branch Manager / Trainee, tendrás la oportunidad de formarte durante 9 meses y llegar a ser Branch Manager de una de nuestras sucursales en Canarias. Llevarás a cabo la totalidad de la organización de la oficina, tanto del equipo de Rental Sales Agent y Supervisores, como la gestión de la flota de vehículos, serás responsable de la cuenta de explotación de ésta, así como de realizar la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades a nível comercial. Dentro del área de Operaciones, reportarás a la figura del Área Manager y serás un referente para el equipo en tu zona.
