- Asistirá y participará en el "briefing" del Departamento de Ventas & Marketing.
- Asistirá y participará semanalmente en la reunión de revenue, tomando nota de todas las decisiones que afecten a las cuentas de su segmento de mercado.
- Utiliza debidamente SAP/TMS asegurándose de que cualquier reserva grupo está perfectamente efectuada, actualizada y cumpliendo los estándares establecidos.
- Utiliza debidamente SAP/TMS y los diferentes sistemas disponibles para cubrir todas sus necesidades, cumpliendo los estándares establecidos.
- Puntualmente debe ejecutar cualquier otra tarea asignada por la dirección comercial.
- Cumplirá los estándares y procesos de su departamento, así como los que afectan a todos los empleados del hotel, la marca Anantara y grupo Minor.
- Cumplirá los plazos de entrega de los trabajos asignados manteniendo un nível de exigencia alto y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad de un hotel de 5 estrellas gran lujo.
- Será responsable de que se responda en un plazo máximo de 24 horas cualquier petición de sus clientes o cualquier otra correspondencia, a menos que el cliente pida la información antes o más tarde.
- Apoya y aporta, participando en el diseño del plan de marketing anual, asegurándose de cumplir lo establecido en el mismo.
- Debe lucir siempre una imagen personal cuidada y profesional y un vestuario acorde con los parámetros establecidos en el Departamento.
- Cubrirá y/o ayudará a otros miembros del equipo comercial cuando sea necesario.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência comercial en el segmento de Grupos, en hoteles de lujo.
- Conocimiento de producto, marcas y competencia en el mercado.
- Nível alto de Inglés y castellano. Deberá poder mantener conversaciones fluidas, hacer presentaciones y contratos o redactar informes.
