**Your mission**:
As a Sales Operations Manager at Tupl, your focus will be on optimizing sales processes and strategies, where having experience selling software is a strong asset. This position is located in Malaga. Below are the basic job duties for you:

- Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with Tupl’s strategic objectives.
- Manage and maintain CRM tools.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve sales team performance and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional communication.
- Support the sales team in pipeline management, reporting, and goal tracking.
- Develop and maintain documentation for sales operations processes and tools.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s in business management, Analytics, Engineer or similar
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Analytical thinking, communications skills, reporting skills
- Advanced Level of English
- Experience with Zoho or similar CRM.
