.About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Growth Manager focused on partnerships and strategic product integrations. You will play a central role in driving growth through partnerships and coordinating with business development, creative, and product teams to execute impactful initiatives. This role is a stepping stone to broader growth opportunities, where you'll influence product development and take part in cross-platform and cross-functional growth strategies.We are looking for someone who can work on the GMT - GMT +2 timezone.What you'll doPartnerships Management : Drive growth initiatives through partnerships, collaborating closely with business development. This includes co-marketing actions, partner-driven promotions, and coordinating with creative and product teams to ensure smooth execution.Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, aligning internal teams (product, marketing, and business development) and ensuring a smooth workflow for partnership agreements.Strategic Development : Set and define partnership strategies, focusing on achieving growth goals through collaborations. This could involve commercial deals, co-marketing actions, or product integrations, starting with test and learn phases and scaling successful initiatives.Impact Assessment : Collaborate with the Principal Growth Manager to evaluate user acquisition and revenue outcomes for partnership activities, prioritizing initiatives based on potential business impact by focusing on user acquisition (main KPI) and user quality/revenue (secondary KPI).Project Coordination : Serve as the bridge between high-level strategic goals and the practical execution of tasks across teams, coordinating timelines and deliverables with the creative agency, product design, and engineering teams.Performance Tracking & Reporting : Own dashboards, ensure tracking mechanisms are in place, and report on the success of each partnership and co-marketing initiative. Regularly review KPIs to ensure initiatives are delivering the desired impact.Integration Management : Coordinate product development and integrations with partners (e.G., API integrations, plug-ins, and store features), ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and supporting technical coordination.Broader Growth Support : To enhance our multi-platform strategy, we will support other product-led growth initiatives for desktop, mobile, and consoles.What you'll needProficient in English, C1+.3-5 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or product management roles, ideally within tech or SaaS environments.Proven project management skills with experience coordinating across multiple teams (business, creative, product, engineering).Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships, co-marketing campaigns, and product integrations.Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of growth metrics (user acquisition, retention, and revenue metrics)
