The Role We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) , passionate about deli vering the best product and service to our clients.
You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the EMEA market.
What your day-to-day will look like As a Key Account Manager, you will be Immfly's ambassador in the EMEA market.
You'll build the necessary C-level relationships with the decision-makers of airlines You'll be responsible for prospecting and contacting new customers to promote our suite of digital cabin solutions You'll be the main point of contact of our clients, being their voice when representing them internally ensuring loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring the timely achievement of all deliverables.
Proactively collaborate with Product, Operations, and other departments as required to fulfill client requests and initial product deployment to serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
Lead quarterly Strategic Steering Committees with each customer to review the status of main topics in-depth in partnership with other internal departments as necessary.
Lead the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product & Operations) to gather relevant information for the region's opportunities Oversee projects, resolve issues with stakeholders, and deliver monthly reports and presentations with meaningful insights drawn from KPIs to customers and partners Requirements: Technically Bachelor in Administration, Business Management, Economics, or relevant field At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a program or account management position Previous experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
This position involves a travel component within the EMEA market and the possibility of attending trade fairs in the sector Personally Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, coupled with business presence, adaptability, and resilience Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues.

Customer-driven mindset with a positive attitude & energy, coupled with trustworthiness and excellent work ethic Travels: This position includes occasional travel.
