TareasObjetivo del puesto: Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente al brindar un excelente servicio, resolver problemas de manera efectiva y asegurar que los alojamientos están bien representados en las OTAs, facilitando el uso del software de gestión para mejorar la eficiencia de los clientes en la administración de sus propiedades o negocios relacionados con el alojamiento.
Tareas y funciones generales: Atención de peticiones/consultas/dadas de los clientes vía teléfono y email.Resolución de incidencias de los clientes, colaborando con el equipo.Conexiones de los alojamientos con las OTAs (Airbnb, Booking, Holidu, etc.)Formación del cliente en el uso del software de gestión.Requisitos¿Qué buscamos? Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en PMS y Channel Manager para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente en italiano.
Sus principales funciones serán: Atención de peticiones/consultas/dudas de los clientes vía teléfono y email.Resolución de incidencias de los clientes, colaborando con el equipo.Conexiones de los alojamientos con las OTAs (Airbnb, Booking, Holidu, etc.)Formación del cliente en el uso del software de gestión.Requisitos: Experiencia con softwares tipo PMS y Channel Manager.Experiencia en la gestión de OTA (Online Travel Agencies).Italiano nivel nativo, español e inglés nivel avanzado.Habilidades de comunicación.Capacidad de gestión y resolución de incidencias con empatía.Orientado/a al servicio con actitud proactiva.Buena predisposición para el trabajo en equipo.Beneficios¿Qué te ofrecemos?
