Sobre nosotrosEn Icnea contamos con más de 20 años de experiência brindando soluciones digitales de gestión para alojamientos vacacionales.Nuestro nível de excelencia, calidad, practicidad y atención personalizada nos ha permitido desarrollarnos y expandirnos con un equipo joven, dinámico y activo.Actualmente trabajamos con clientes de España, Portugal, Italia, Francia, Mexico, entre otros países.Nuestra cultura se define por nuestro compromiso, trabajo en equipo y colaboración entre los que formamos parte de ICNEA.Nuestro foco está centrado en el colaborador, abocando nuestras estrategias y tareas al desarrollo profesional y personal de los mismos, así como el fomento de su motivación, creatividad, implicación y satisfacción.Tareas**Objetivo del puesto**:Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente al brindar un excelente servicio, resolver problemas de manera efectiva y asegurar que los alojamientos están bien representados en las OTAs, facilitando el uso del software de gestión para mejorar la eficiencia de los clientes en la administración de sus propiedades o negocios relacionados con el alojamiento.**Tareas y funciones generales**:- Resolución de incidencias de los clientes, colaborando con el equipo.- Conexiones de los alojamientos con las OTAs (Airbnb, Booking, Holidu, etc.)- Formación del cliente en el uso del software de gestión.**Requisitos**:¿Qué buscamos?Buscamos un/a profesional con experiência en PMS y Channel Manager para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente en italiano.**Sus principales funciones serán**:- Resolución de incidencias de los clientes, colaborando con el equipo.- Conexiones de los alojamientos con las OTAs (Airbnb, Booking, Holidu, etc.)- Formación del cliente en el uso del software de gestión.**Requisitos**:- Experiência con softwares tipo PMS y Channel Manager.- Experiência en la gestión de OTA (Online Travel Agencies).- Italiano nível nativo, español e inglés nível avanzado.- Habilidades de comunicación.- Capacidad de gestión y resolución de incidencias con empatía.- Orientado/a al servicio con actitud proactiva.- Buena predisposición para el trabajo en equipo.Beneficios¿Qué te ofrecemos?- Contrato por tiempo indefinido- Jornada Laboral Flexible- ??23 días de vacaciones, te la puedes tomar con mucha flexibilidad- ?
