Digital Marketing Specialist (H/M/X)En Manpower Group estamos en búsqueda de un Especialista en Marketing Digital para unirse a nuestros clientes del sector Retail situado en Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid. En este rol, serás responsable de ejecutar y optimizar estrategias digitales para fortalecer la presencia online de la marca y alcanzar los objetivos de marketing.FuncionesGestión de Redes Sociales:- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas en redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) para aumentar la visibilidad de la marca y la interacción con la audiencia.- Crear contenido atractivo y relevante, incluyendo publicaciones de texto, imágenes y videos.Creación y Gestión de Contenidos:Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de marketing digital, incluyendo email marketing, social media y publicidad digital.Crear y gestionar contenido para newsletters utilizando herramientas como Canva.Apoyar en la actualización y creación de banners y visuales para diversas plataformas digitales.Optimización de Campañas:- Gestionar y optimizar campañas en Google AdWords para maximizar el retorno de inversión (ROI).- Seguimiento y análisis del rendimiento de las campañas utilizando herramientas como Google Analytics y otras relevantes.Soporte en E-commerce:- Colaborar con el equipo de e-commerce para mejorar la experiencia de compra online y aumentar las ventas.- Familiaridad con plataformas de e-commerce y apoyo en iniciativas de expansión internacional.CRM y Email Marketing:- Utilizar herramientas de CRM para segmentar audiencias y ejecutar campañas de email marketing dirigidas.- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de CRM para fidelizar clientes y aumentar la retención.Análisis y Reporte:- Medir y reportar el rendimiento de todas las campañas de marketing digital.- Proporcionar insights y recomendaciones basadas en análisis de datos para optimizar las estrategias.RequisitosLicenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación o campo relacionado.Experiencia demostrable como Especialista en Marketing Digital o posición similar.Conocimiento sólido de conceptos de marketing digital, SEO, Google Analytics.Experiencia en gestión de redes sociales, Google AdWords, campañas de email y sistemas de gestión de contenidos.Fluidez en inglés - Nivel C2.BeneficiosContrato indefinido directamente por empresa.Oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional en una empresa en expansión.Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo.Si cumples con los requisitos del puesto inscríbete, te estamos esperando#J-18808-Ljbffr
