About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at J&J Family Of Companies. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, managing website content, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Manage the creation and upload of engaging content for our brand websites, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, including the migration of websites to new platforms.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Key Projects
  • Coordinate the migration of 90 websites to the new DxP platform, working closely with the Digital IT team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Review and prioritize the cluster website pipeline with the web agency, supervising content update petitions to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the SEO team in the optimized content creation, approval, and publication process, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Build, analyze, and present website performance reports, gathering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies, with a consumer-centric vision and attention to detail.
  • Autonomy, good problem-solving skills, and critical thinking, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in content creation and management, and knowledge of Google Analytics 4, SEO, and social media platforms.
