We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Work International. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients improve their business and identify areas of growth through digital advertising campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve online presence
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve target-driven results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Provide expert advice to clients on digital marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and platforms

**Requirements**

  • Native level of Finnish
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC Campaigns
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising

**What We Offer**

  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent Contract
  • Salary conditions: from 23,876.19 up to gross/year
  • Sales bonus package: up to 3,407, gross/year
