As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goals of Next Link.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive business growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory landscape to ensure compliance and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and working with large budgets across multiple countries.
  • Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with experience with another social platform a plus.
  • Knowledge of data feed management tooling and social advertising tooling, with strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation.
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics to measure and analyze digital marketing efforts, with proficiency in using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contexts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Agency experience a plus, with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
