About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and providing tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies to achieve better results.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in German or Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consultative role.
  4. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
