Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our company's digital presence, creating engaging content, and developing marketing campaigns to promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
  • Manage and optimize our company's website to improve user experience and search engine rankings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze website analytics and social media metrics to inform marketing decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a financial services company
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in social media marketing tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
